Where are your products shipped from?

Most orders are dispatched from within Australia, with shipping typically occurring from our warehouse locations in Victoria or New South Wales depending on stock levels and demand.

To maintain the premium quality of our products, many of our items are fabricated and customised overseas before being shipped to our Australian warehouses for local fulfilment.

We only sell within Australia and New Zealand and do not offer global shipping.


Can my order sometimes ship directly from overseas?

Yes — during busy periods, some colours, sizes, or upgraded models may occasionally sell out faster than expected within our Australian warehouses.

Rather than making customers wait for a full Australian warehouse restock, selected orders may occasionally be shipped directly from our overseas fabrication warehouse to Australia or New Zealand.

This customer-first system helps us:

Why can delivery sometimes take 7–14 business days?
